About these terms
These Terms of Service apply to the corporate website operated by Şandin Tech Inc. ("Şandin", "we", "us"), including pages for research feedback and early beta interest. By accessing this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. Separate product terms may apply to ŞAND or other platforms once you use them.

Use of the site
You may browse publicly available information for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms service, or interfere with its operation.
Feedback survey
The /feedback pages offer a voluntary research survey. Submitting answers is optional. Survey responses help us understand logistics and product needs. Participation does not create employment, partnership, or any paid engagement with Şandin.
Early beta and $1 CAD contribution
The /beta page lets you express founding or early beta interest by paying a one-time contribution of $1.00 CAD through Stripe Checkout. That payment is a small contribution linked to early-access interest and product validation. It is not an investment, equity, security, loan, or ownership interest in Şandin Tech Inc. or any product. Completing payment reserves your interest on our early list. It does not guarantee a launch date, feature set, pricing, geographic availability, or ongoing product access.
Payments and refunds
Beta contributions are processed by Stripe. Charges appear according to Stripe's and your payment provider's practices. Because the amount is a small one-time contribution, refunds are not automatic. If you believe a charge was made in error or you need help, contact support@sandintechinc.com and we will review the request in good faith. You may cancel before completing payment on Stripe's checkout page.
Age and capacity
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory (or have a parent or guardian's consent where applicable) and have legal capacity to agree to these terms and, where relevant, to make the $1 CAD contribution.
Communications
If you submit a survey or beta signup, we may email you about research follow-ups, early access, or launch updates related to what you signed up for. See our Privacy Policy for how to contact us to update preferences or unsubscribe from commercial messages.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and related materials are owned by Şandin Tech Inc. unless otherwise noted. Reproduction requires prior written permission.
Disclaimer
This website and related signup flows are provided as-is for informational and early-interest purposes. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or that early-access interest will convert into any particular product experience.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Şandin Tech Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of this website, survey participation, or the $1 CAD early beta contribution. Our aggregate liability related to the beta contribution is limited to the amount you paid for that contribution ($1.00 CAD), except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including certain consumer protections).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Ontario have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live.
